Is anyone looking for work. I will subcontract tons of work. I have so many dethatchings and aerations and cleanups and mulch and landscape work that I have no idea how we are gonna get it done. I can't even find people that want to work.

We are in the same boat. Way to much work and cannot hire a decent worker. We must have parted ways with at least 6-7 guys already this season. Our core guys are great, some of the best in the area. But trying to grow that core group is a challenge.

The banks start loaning money again and look what happens.

I lost a ton of lawn cutting but the landscape end is making up the void. So many 20-40 k jobs its crazy. We are booked out 8 weeks.

27 new sprinkler installs already scheduled.

This is nuts.

What gives???? It hasn't been like this since 2005-06

Gotta be the banks lending money and home values up
