What should a 2000 exmark lazer z sell for?

I have an opportunity to buy a extra mower thats needs some work. It has 3000 hours but got a new motor around 200. Its a kohler command 27 hp. The mower is a exmark lazer-z with the triple bag system.....the bagging system is a little bent so some grass leaks out. The hydros are a bit spoongy and its gonna need spindles. Oil was changed regularly, but kack of general pm overall. I have the inside track on this and can pretty much name a price......what do you guys think is fair?

Spindles are around $360 including labor
Hydros are around $1200 including labor
Look for the deck to start cracking and other major deck parts wearing out, like the rear supports.
The engine was replace at 200 or 2000 hours? 200 would mean it is close to rebuild time.
If I were a mechanic, I would probably offer $500 to a $1000. I am not a mechanic, so I wouldn't buy it

For comparison purposes I purchased Lazer Z hp 2002 with 200 hours last summer for 2750 (I did steal it but those deals are out there), mower was perfect. I wouldn't pay more than 650-700 for it.
