Kohler 27

About mower -2007 Husqvarna LZ6127 Kohler Command Pro 27 hp only 480 hrs (out of warranty). Only use 93 octane ethanol free from same station.

After cranking & engaging blades all of a sudden engine loses power as if only running off one cylinder, then goes back to full power. Then again it loses power. One tank may have gotten some water from all the rain this past week. Switched tanks and problem kinda stopped for a while. (1) what could cause this besides possible water mixed in tank. (2) Also then noticed exhaust shooting out blue flame

Any help appreciated

I was gonna drain that whole tank and refill it. Also gonna replace fuel filter & plugs. Hopefully it will be ok.
