Corrugated pipe

Quick question. Just about to complete my job on burying my own downspouts. I used corrugated pipe. Ran it 200 ft to the woods and day lighted it there. I know PVC works best but based on the length I went with corrugated. I had to use an NDS y connector about 130 feet away from the house. I noticed when I ran water through it to test it I get a small drip out of the y connector. Is there anyway to seal these connectors? I ended up calking it and duct taping them then back filled the area around the fitting with crushed stone.
I have one more of these y connectors and looking for a better way like possibly roofing cement?
