without seeing the label, its speculation,
but your product used is 25% SRN and 75% fastN (urea i suspect)
however, most of us have now gotten away from plain old SCU as it is prone to
catastophic/premature release--so likely you had an enormous flush of growth within 2 weeks of your app, now your turf is coming off the juice, not good for cool season turf in the spring or summer for that matter. do a search, u will find many reasons why alot of fast N is not good especially in the spring (cool season turf).

most now use a polycoat sulfurcoat urea, if your just doing yours, also look into
methylene urea, if you like lebanon look at there mesa

Conversely, if you want the red thread gone without a fungicide, put down some fast release urea.
