One reason for wanting a 36" is to get through the small gates.

i dont have any small gates, but on some lawns the 36 may be easier to maneuver

I have a 20" P that is no fun to do a back yard when the gate is small.

Then I have a 42" JD LT 180

So the 36" will fit in nicely. Increase productivity. Safer on steep grades.

Then next move will be to retire the 42" and replace it with a 48" - 60" mower. To further increase productivity.

I think with the mowers that I now have I can add three more lawns to my route. Once there I will need that 36". Never ran a newer 36" WB though with one I should be able to then add another 4 more lawns.

7 more lawns will increase my gross about $250 a week.

you should be looking at a price of $3390.00 - $3690.00 + tax now you can buy a Gravely and have the same mower and save about $200.00 Maybe your Deere dealer can get closer on price but mine couldnt, In my case the extra $$ is worth it cause the Deere dealer is 2 miles away the Gravely dealer is 20 minutes.
