Help first project

This lady called me up to give her an estimate on some bush trimming and mulching, however when I was there, I noticed that there was a lot of erosion around her garden beds and particularly in her back yard. She has a low liying house which back up to a decently increasing hill (about 10 feet long walking up) then after that its her back yard. The hill has a couple of trees on it already however there is on section where the two gardens dont meet and it is all eroded. At the bottom of that hill it fluides bad also. Could some of you guys give me some ideas of what I could do..... something simple and easy where I would still be able to get a mower up the hill.
