cannot find sulky wheel hub and bearing anywhere!

I need help identifying my sulky and part.. not sure on which model. but the bearing inside the hub is gone and I need a new hub in both wheels. Only thing i have is this picture.. I think its an older version of the jungle jim sulky.

Any help?
