Edging pricing in michigan

New edging goes for .50 a foot here. what about doing it monthly. Obviously the price would go way down since you are maintaining it not cutting off 3 inches of turf. What does it go for by the foot in that case?

At a brisk walk, with blowing i can do 37 feet in a minute. so to round it a buck every 40', 5 dollar minimum?

Doing a couple edgings soon that are about 120' and want to sell them on monthly edging as well as the 577' edging i just did. just not sure what would be an appropriate charge.

Are talking about edging sidewalks, driveways, etc? They get edged every week. Price is in with weekly maintenance.

walks and drives. not many have them done on a weekly basis up here. trim them weekly. but not edging. its just not needed with kbg and fiscuse. but does make it look better so i want to start offering it as a monthly thing.

I just included it in the weekly mowing price and do it weekly, I can do 600 ft of edging in less than 5 mins. This is 4 separate drives probably 200 ft apart. It only takes a lot of time if you let it go a couple of weeks. Most everyone up here in grand rapids, edge weekly or at the very least bi weekly.

Probably ~$2.00, none of my clients know it would be cheaper if they decided to skip edging. When I give them a price for mowing it includes mowing, edging, trimming and blowing. It just looks way more professional when the drive way and walks are edged weekly or bi weekly in the summer.

Best policy we have is, MAINTAINING Edges... Bi- weekly edging is key. When we edge we tilt the stick BACK which makes your edge twice as big, eliminating the need to edge every week or even every other week!

If a Curb is over grown we just don't edge. Minimun charge for reestablishing an over grown edge starts at $150 just because its a PITA
