Go to this link, then scroll down. You can see a good shot of the UC deck and the turbo baffle at the discharge chute in post #19. I know mowerbrad calls it the Triton deck, but that is the Ultra Cut deck in the pic -

Beauty, thanks for that link.

Hard to compare with out seeing from the side, but it looks similar to the gravely, seems to have a bit more curve on it.

Much more curve than the Gravely, but may be just what you mates need with that extra wide opening you have in your decks.

Shouldn't be too much trouble to make a baffle with the same amount of curve on it, although it would be good to see a side view looking into chute to get a better idea.

Yea maybe, would be good to give it a test in these conditions. Do you use a 72"

Take a look at TLS's thread about his new Exmark with RED technology. I believe he has a side view into the chute.
