when i started at trugreen way back in the day. It was 5 days on a truck with another tech and you were a lawn pro ready to take on anything and everything. the guy that trained me had been there 3 months and used to be a furniture sales man. I hope its not like that now. mabee not.

Why train a tech more than the 5 days the Law requires?? After all with the unemployment rate up there are plenty of replacements. No need for the CPO to know what he is doing, The Chemical salesman has a Degree and sells a good program that makes his boss happy. Don't worry about customers, why with all the TV advertisement you can serve customers from the Mississippi River, West half way to Omaha with Low ball pricing.
