Best before and after Pictures

Or don't judge a book by its cover- hard scape edition. Ever got a call for an estimate, followed the GPS, rolled down the block praying its not that house on the corner with the AstroTurf stoop only to see the house number and your heart drops? As you walk up you know in your heart that you're wasting you're time? But wait! They want to do the work! And it's going to be nice when its done.
Here's one of my best "befores". Stay tuned for afters and post your own.

Should have grabbed a pic of the back. Landscaped immaculately on the water. All done by the mrs of the house. The front looks especially bad since it was all under 4' of water from Hurricane Sandy and died off and weeds came in. No doubt she will do a great job once were done.

ripping that concrete out and doing a nice brick steps will really turn that around then some landscaping in the front, and tear up the weeds and lay down some sod or do a lawn the old fashioned way and it will look 300% better!

Stoop driveway and walkway? I wish. Actually I'm curious what this goes for elsewhere. 8-8' steps. Two 4x8 landings. 20x20 blacktop driveway and 8x10 paver walkway. 6x9 paver landings and walkway
