Would pressure regulating heads work in this situation?

i do use pressure reg heads sometimes. am i being overdesigned here? cuz you can do so much with piping, but the first zone or two have higher pressures than the ones farther away. I wanted to regulate at the valve, dif from the prv at the tap. i was trying to find a cheaper way to do it than accusync. I regulate the pressure dif on dif installs according to the length of pipe, friction losses, you get the idea.

I guess i am just best off with an accusync here and there.

Yeah, I personally installed it 4 years ago. I took apart and found no debris inside. The homeowner turned it up himself to 75 a few years ago apparently. Maybe he effed it up..

I warrantied it as it only took me 45 min to dig up / replace. I'll try and get the vendor to accept a replacement. Keep the customer happy
