I get them at my local Stihl dealer. They are not made by them but are an exact fit.

Are these any good? I figure if I buy 50 it should at least last me a while and at .72 each you know? The star....what is the biggest difference? Cut quality at all? I noticed with the rectangles it leaves some scragglers sometimes. I hear you say they last longer and just concerned about the cut now.

I buy a case of blades at a time from my stihl dealer. itll last me a year and a half to two years, and itll only be 50 bucks for 50 blades. I get the non heat treated ones, whatever that means. they work.

Got the magnum gator blade by Oregon to try out. Will let you all know how they compare to the standard rectangle once it has worn down enough to change. +2 on the star website.
