My wife regularly texts me reminding me to stay hydrated.

FYI, if you're peeing bright yellow, you're already dehydrated.

Chug-a-lug!

Yea, by that time it is too late.

One one of the rainy mornings this week, and I was home, my wife was watching one of the local TV stations with their gab programs. She says, "... wait right here, they are going to talk about dehydration...." A guest starts out with her spiel, ... "Get an app on your iPhone that shows color of your urine to determine if you are dehydrated ...." Yep, she pulls up an app, camera gets a close up, with a scale of color.

Now, I don't know about you, but pulling out my iPhone while peeing, holding next to the stream for color checking, may be reason to pull my man card. For those running crews, and having rules about keeping cell phones in the truck, do you see everybody running to the truck, "Boss, I've got to use the iPhone app to check the color." Yea, sure!!!

She failed to mention just what I said before, if the color is wrong, the train has already left the station, and you are in dehydrated state. I suppose the message, however, is get to drinking, and now.

An app for just about everything ....
