EZ- Gate Problem

I have (2) EZ Gates on my trailer. An old one and a new one. The cable on the old one was rubbing the tube and started to fray. The pully system was too tall. I called Ballard and they were aware of the problem. They sent out a new spring and new pully at no charge! Thanks Ballard!

I'd give my right hand , if I could be ambidextrous!
