From what my salesman told me the other day. That the D series were going into production a month ago, including the 259C. This is just what i was told, weather it was true or not, will be determined soon. We were looking at a 262C2 but my salesman suggested us to wait for the d Series to come out.

Called my buddy at the CAT dealership and all SSLs and track machines (CTL/MTL) will be D series by late Fall. He said the different models will start to be phased in starting at the end of this month.

Hopefully they will redesign teh rollers on the CTL's.They are way too easy too run the track off and they come off in the back first so it makes it near impossible too put back on without a jack or another machine too lift the back.

I thought they were now using a triple flange roller to prevent that or at least I thought that's what I read.
