Suddenly have poor cutting problem

OK, so the last two weeks I've had a terrible time with my mower leaving uneven cuts. Not sure what's wrong. Having to double cut a lot. Never had this problem. Have sharpened blades, cut in short overlapping strips, used a mulcher kit with mulcher blades....nothing seems to alleviate the problem. Even had 2 customer complaints recently. I've read where a lot of you double cut regularly, so perhaps I will need to start doing that. Only thing I can figure out is that I hit something last year and it bent the deck a bit. Maybe it threw off one of the spindles or something. I'ts a 3 year olf Big Dog 42" mower. Any ideas?
