Try jumping it with some cables or put a charger on it. If it was mine I would jump it from the truck with the truck not running. I have worked on countless bikes and esp. ATVs(I know comparing apples to oranges but...) where they ran crashed and upside down and I have never seen an engine show any internal damage from it. We did replace a lot of ATV batteries. It seemed to us like when they are upside down and getting a charge it kills them quicker than a cheetah. I know I am new here, but I am no fool.

DO NOT JUMP OFF A FUEL INJECTED KOHLER ENGINE
Even a stray spark when hooking up the cables can spike the ECU..

ATVs and bikes have 2 stroke engines...
These 4 stroke engines have a pressurized oil system that draws oil from the sump..
If the engine is upside down...and running..no oil will be pumped to the rod or crank bearings...
It Goes Boom...

40 years old with 115 lawn accounts. Why does asking my age matter?

That is good to know. What did you do to get it running ?

And a suggestion, find out why your tilt switch did not work or why there was such a long delay. You got lucky you didn't make the 6 o'clock news.......

Toxey not your age, Pistonslap I was asking because I haven't seen a new 2 stroke ATV since the 250R quit back in like 89(IIRC). Also he must not know much about motorsports which is fine. Watch some madram11 on youtube and you can see upside, leftside, rightside running engines that get put back on all 4 and off to the races again. Never see an engine push oil into cylinders or engine damage. Now if an engine sat upside down all day not running I would think some oil is going to get in there. I have no problem with being wrong, it happens. I do have a problem with people running off at the mouth. With respect.

Its all good Twoman....
Nope. Dont and never have worked on scooters..gopeds..atvs..etc...not really a problem for me..
I do have a problem when newbies come onto this forum and instruct people to potentially spike their $300 to $500. ECU...
That will peg my BS meter everytime....Kohlers are different....
They dont call me Slapper fer nuthin....nothing personal....
Its all good...
