help for pricing "packaged" services

I worked in lawn maintenance for 7 years before starting my own company, so I am new to the business aspect. I have been researching for a long time now and am pretty comfortable/confident with my pricing, but am not sure how to properly discount "service packages" (full seasonal care). How do you guys price for your customers who sign up for total care package? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I do a percentage..... So I add up all the charges for that particular customer..... clean ups, mulch, pruning, mowing, fert, bed maintanence.... (remember, it's different for every house because every house is different) I show them how much $ this would all be at the end of the year.... Then I say.. "But if you sign up for all of it, I will give you _% off."
