Holly tree cut down; replacement tree recommendations

Hi spend some time dispensing advice on the hardscapes forum, now need some from my tree experts here.

Just had a holly tree cut down today. It was a beautiful specimen, about 15-20' high and 5-6' from center of trunk radius coverage, and great privacy at the front of the house. Sadly, it was right next to my garage, which meant cleaning berries off the driveway, getting scratched when getting out of the car, or when picking up the branches when pruning. It was also right next to a gutter, thats fun to clean out as well. Oh and accidentally stepping on a holly leaf with no shoes? That'll wake you up in the morning! Anyway, after 10 years we bid farewell.

I want to plant something new there, either three 9' arborvitae's to match a row that was adjacent to the bush. Or is there a tree that fully grown will give me a similar amount of privacy, grow out to about 5-6' from its trunk, and is more driveway friendly (and no berries!!!!). Climate is in Pennsylvania. Thanks
