When people even studder at our prices or say that we are to expensive I used to get pissed off and nervous.. Now I full agree they aren't just buying our clocks or heads but our vast pool of knowledge most of our techs posses.

I know what we/I do will work. If it has issues involved with our products or work we come back and get it right for free.We are in the top 25% in our area for prices. but the service we provide and the knowledge we posses is in the top 10% I can tell you about lawn disease, tree shrub pruning, proper soil, the list goes on and on.

This is when we really set ourselves apart from the others.

Yes we charge a lot, but our service shows why.

Well said, Eddie. When you see the drool coming out of their mouths after you gave them an estimate, load-up the cone markers.

There have been many times when I gave the drooler my card and suggested he keep it in his files.
