I can't believe that Metro has only 50 hours. It appears to be at least 16 years old possibly older. Exmark was using that Kawasaki as far bask as 1994 maybe further and from my research quite using it 1997.

In 99 the Metro had a 13 HP Kawasaki.

Thanks man, I love the ECS but I wish i had gotten a 48in, and i do agree to what some say that the ECS are better on hydros, wish I had one of those too!

Yeah I haven't used the ECS on a belt drive. I love them on my Turf Tracer HP!!

Does reverse do anything for you on your belt drive mower?

It sort of does, its more of an assist, if your on a hill dont bother trying! U have to like push the cotrol arms foward so that the tensioner moves the belt!

Well I bought the Ferris 32" Durabelt GD for $850. Thing is in mint condition and runs like a champ. All I need to buy is a new ignition/ kill switch, which shouldnt cost too much. Thanks for the advice. See attached pic.
