Dealing with women doing the hiring.

Do you deal with men or women hiring you? Any pointers with dealing with either or?

It can be tough when they have differing opinions. Usually one is in control of the pocketbook. Takes all kinds - listen, listen, and listen some more. Studying and learning the customer will get you 100x further than any magic line. =D
