nice to have the 6.0 running good again

anyone who has or had ford 6.0 know that they are a pain. after dealing with it running intermittently since last fall I took it in. got it back today. he replaced part of the FICM. it sat parked for close to 2 years with problems. 2 years ago it started to not want to start. prolonged it long enough until the fuel pump went. had the pump replaced along with the FICM rebuilt, then it started to run on 7 cylinders so I parked it and used when needed. that brings it until last week when I had enough. picked it up and was surprised at the repair bill.

Yeah expensive to fix right but once done right, it will last a long time and put a smile on your face when you out run the rice rocket in the lane next to you!

Can't wait until all my 6.0s are gone.

1 down--replaced with a 12V Cummins.

1 for sale in the very near future.
