So far the new scag is doing pretty well. The controls take a little to get used to but they are real similar to the exmark ecs.

I love my snapper and wish they still made them. We demoed the new snappers and bobcats and the scag was the best value and the deck height adjustment was the major selling point for us.

I know a lot of people were upset scag didn't use the velocity deck on this mower but so far we haven't had any cutting issues and its rained almost everyday here in Georgia.

Here is my 1998 Turf Tiger 61''. It has a liquid cooled kawasaki engine model FD661D. It has seen better days and is starting to show it's age but it's a beast. I'd just thought I'd get a few angles of it for you guys

And the unit starts on first pull every time. I have never had to get into the valve adjustments which are tough.
Looks similar to the 1996 model that I started with. It is newer then a 96 because of caps over the spindles.

Best cut around central Iowa = Scag. imo We sub our mowing to a fine outfit that exclusively runs Scags. Scag mowers are also less expensive than ExMark >> go figure.
