quick ! buying used "mint " redmax 8500z from a craigslister - need tips !

About to go look at this "mint" so he says, red max 8500z blower. Anything I should look for besides if it starts ? Hah.

Look at all the cables and the tubes, overall condition of the plastics, controls etc. check the air filter too. A seller can make a machine look pretty decent on the outside and forget all about cleaning the air filter, which is a good indication of how much it has really been used or how it was taken care of. Ask why he's selling it too.

Sick just got it for 250, less than half of new price. Thing is really as mint as stated. Air filter looks like it hasnt seen a spec of debris. Very happy.

Dont believe so. He said was getting out of biz. Had his wife with him. Didnt seem like that kind of guy. Hes doing real estate now and had his magnetic signs on his vehicle.
