Today we mounted the tounge box and new trailer jack to the front of the trailer.....mounted the pump and battery in the tounge box so it's out of sight and weather! Going to add braces and some gussetts to the frame tomorrow to help with flex.

Thanks Kajun!
I might have to go ahead and cut the front off and turn it into a gooseneck, only mildly concerned with the tounge weight
lol

Thanks! I love it so far too, as a solo operation it makes sense for me. It was $1200.00 in steel and $1000.00 in labor.......the labor price was very low, a friend of mine built it for me.
I got a price from another company to build it and he wanted $3500.00!

Nice, I have dump trucks but I'm going to start running walkers with my standees for clean ups and that would be a big help

It's defenitely not for everyone......like I said I'm a solo operation, so instead of buying a dump truck and having another registration and insurance I would do this until I get big enough for a dump truck.

Might want to add some drop down legs on the hinged side of box . That way you can lower them when your getting ready to dump to keep the trailer from side flexing.
