What are the pros and cons?

Pto is much faster up and down. Pto is a little more difficult to tailgate stone unless you have an air gate.

PTO is much faster and normally stronger. Electric is cheaper, and parts are easier to come by. Employees are likely to leave the PTO on while driving and burn up the pump as well.
