odd tech question about a 521

Can or does a 521 have the ability to locate a steel cable down in my concrete on the floor of my house? Its odd questions yes, but I'm building a new home and I'm building a safe room.. I've got a post tension slab with 3/4" cable running through it all over... I don't want to hit one of the when I'm drilling holes to anchor this down.. So can and how can a 521 locate these cables? Thanks

Hook the red lead to the steel cable, black lead to earth ground.

Earth ground the far end of the cable to enhance the signal return path.
