waterfall ideas

I have a 300 gallon tank that I am going to bury to make my resevoir for a pondless waterfall. Probably just put a liner across the top to drain into the fill port. With so much capacity I could mave a good amount of water. I was hoping for some good ideas for what to use as a waterfall to make a good amount of noise. I dont have a lot of room to make a huge mound to go high for the waterfall. Got any recommendations?

I would be more interested in the details of how you are going to utilize this 300 gallon tank. Access for pump maintenance? Access for periodic draining and flushing of reservoir? Support for liner?

I was planning on cutting a portion of the top or all the top off and fill with gravel. Going to section off a portion for the pump and monitoring the water level clarity. I will take a picture tomorrow
