VX4 Deck Pusher Arms ??? Help

Just purchased a used (300 Hour) Super Z. Guy said he hated it because the deck wouldnt cut. Owning 2 other Super Z's with same deck, I figured i could fix it in 20 minutes. 6 HOURS later im completely stumped. Ive followed deck leveling instructions to a T.
Best i can tell it seems like the "Deck Pusher Arms" are holding the entire deck up. I can undo all of the adjusting rods, foot pedal, etc.. and the front of deck hits the dirt, the rear stays suspended about 4" with loose chains. WTF is going on???? Its almost like the rear of the deck is levitating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Brian, you've helped me again. After looking at the pusher arms the right side is froze up. I've removed the arms and have it soaking in Blaster. Will try to heat with torch tomorrow and see if it will move. Any idea what a new set of pusher arms cost?
Thanks.

If you go to Hustlerturf.com and look up the part number you need, I'll get you a ballpark price. On the bottom of the page is a link for manuals. Click on that and your model should be available.
