We have been working on our new shop/ office during down time the last couple weeks. Here is a picture looking into 1 of the buildings. The room framed in the front will be the office space. It is 15x35. Just finished taping the sheetrock today. Paint and flooring early next week. Should be moved into it in 2 weeks.

We bought a loader to help with some of the snow work this season. It needs a bit of clean up on the paint and decals but it was a fair deal.

Thanks, We have 7 people in the summer and around 20 people out during snow events in the winter.
We are different than most, Snow is 50% of our business.
Last year our breakdown by gross revenue was approx:
Maint. 33%
Irrigation 7%
Landscape 24%
Snow 36%
This year snow will be a larger part.

This is how I started my morning doing sprinkler blowouts his morning. Not a bad View.

Another from today.

I stopped by a house we maintain to look at a pond. Snapped a quick pic of the mowing.
