I sharpen blades daily . You cant do that on the trailer.

Even you don't get something stolen someone might want put sugar in your tank and give you a lot trouble. I learned just tonite that a LCO had that done to him few days ago. He leaves his stuff on a trailer.
thats why i got an enclosed trailer =)

Why not get a carport? One of those cheapey canvas ones would be fine if you don't have to worry about snow. Forget rain.....even the sun can do damage and age a machine prematurely.

How many accounts do you mow in a day? I have a total of 30 accounts and I sharpen once a month unless I notice extensive tearing to the grass blades.

Yes I sharpen mine daily
The key on cutting grass at a high speed is sharp blades
I only have 57 accounts 75% of them are 5 acres and larger 25% are 3 acres and smaller

Like Friday I only mowed 2 lawns but that was total of 97 acres
