Just a 4 inch cut off disc.
I tend to use these more so than the oxy these days.

Sorry I misunderstood the question, I bought the mower in 2004 and I think the repair was done August 2011.

The warranty states the leading edge of the deck. Mostly meaning between the two outside anti scalp rollers.

I see that you used that cut off wheel to make the straight cuts, but what and how did you make that perfect circle cut?

Sorry I missed this one.
I made a template of the piece I needed and took it to my local engineering shop. He has a water cutter that does a beautiful job.
