I love ZTR's cuz they're fun to drive. Love my JD ZTR lawn mower cuz it's fun to drive. I also love my 2013 Exmark stand-on aerator. But I thought you were talkin' "spread & spray units"???

NOTE: The only stand-on sprayer/spreader we see on a daily basis is the T3000. We've driven all others (so have many others in our area). We run three T3000's on a daily basis. We transport them on "dual receiver" carrier racks. Unload in about 15 seconds (no need to pull trailers). Production = $1200 - $2500 per day per unit.

One local LCO ditched all his Z-Sprays. Now runs 6 T3000's. hmmm

Our local Scotts Lawn Care thought the Ground Logic was "the best" (for years) ... guess what>>> Yep, they're now buying T3000's. hmmm

PG's used to blanket our market. Now we seldom see them (maybe one every 3 weeks). Z-Sprays .... might see one every month. That's it.

Daily basis = SEVERAL T3000's (over 30 of them in our area that I know of).

Oh Larry you always seem to revert back to your old self, back to the old nothing better then a T rhetoric. Well guess what the only machines we see in our area is Z-Sprays. Have only ever seen one T around here and it looked like a ragged out piece of ****!!. I can unload my Z in 15 seconds but I usually walk to unload my stuff beings the Z can double the production over a T. No need to run to unload it. Oh Larry

Well since I live in turfco's back yard (within a hr) and work within mins of their office once a month you would think I would see a bunch of t's around. Nope, only on a truegreen truck here or there. Rest of the private lco's either zspray or pg's. Local JDL sell 10 sprays to one pg these days.

Hey Larry's brother the only ride-ons in our area are Z-Sprays except for that 1 ragged out T. Not really saying anything different then Larry is saying right? If you really new anything about ride-ons, then you would say the same thing.

Go to GIE get on the Z at the outdoor demo area, ride it down to the T area and compare the two damn machines. And then get out the wallet and buy a Z. Until you have a real ride-on. shhhh.

this is an interesting topic.

We own a PG magnum and have over 2000 hours on it. Have had to replace the recoil and a few misc parts. Nothing huge. We do routine maint as per the manual states. our guy who runs it is getting dogged though. Keeps dropping hints on a t3000 as we have a turfco dealer 5 mins from the office.

IMO the PG is old technology. I personally LOVE Zero turns but our market is mainly PG and T3000s

Service -- the only stand-on spreader/sprayer I would run in your area is a Z-Spray >> South Chicago = "dream spot of America". That way if it got stolen -- no big deal
