I'm doubtful. Too good to be true.

Get the food out of our fuel. It just makes sense.

I agree with you 100%. The writing was on the wall for food prices several years ago when this began and we can't eat the oil. A legal or political "solution" is always going to be propped up. A market solution would be much better. Personally, I don't believe the market is there in big numbers.
