Congrats man! I'm trying to get some commercial accounts as well and would love to score something like this. It seems like commercial accounts can either make you or break you. I'd never let a commercial account be my primary means of income but man would it be nice to pull in an extra 30 or 40k a year working an extra day a week.

Sample bid

I'm a newer guy and probably a few years off from commercial bidding but could someone show me what a proper bid looks like lets say for a big company maybe even one for a hospital or office if anyone has an older one still on file.
