Pricey is the norm. A 3 bedroom side split, 1400 square feet plus some basement with a single car garage and a 35'x110' lot sells for $220-265K in my area. Ten years ago, it was more reasonable when compared to now, even taking into account inflation and such. My dad bought a similar house in '93 for $139K just without the garage and slightly larger property. It's now worth $244K even though I'd never pay that.

The apartment complex I bought four years ago is worth close to $1mil, and I bought it for $712K. Not holding a mortgage helps a lot, too.

Nope. My dad had a Ranger years ago. My 48" walk behind fit in, but not with enough room to fit a 52".

We send out 3 guys.
that's a beauty setup but what do you do when you have to bag the lawns
up here we cannot leave grass bags for pick up

Rangers are not wide enough between the rear wheel wells. I have put my 48 wright into the back of the ranger but the rear wheels were on the tailgate.

Small trucks with 6 foot bed flat out need to be fitted with a flat bed to make them feasible. This way the wheel well issues are eliminated. Ford Ranger factory truck beds are a hassle on all fronts as are Toyota Tacoma beds 2004 and earlier.
