We are going longer than normal. There's a company around here that is done by the end of Oct. I'd bee pissed off I were a customer with that.

John Deere Plant Tour 2013

Wondering if anyone here got invited to do the JD tour coming up this Tuesday/Wednesday? I'm heading over to NC to see what the hype is all about, should be a good one.

I'd post this in the Snow thread but it'll be buzzed by with all the posts.

I got the fert license last year (2013), rec'd the notice for the renewal fee in the mail, however I remember hearing from a couple friends that you have to do re-cert classes the following year and then I know for sure it's every other year after that. Being as the green expo is this coming week Ifigured it'd be a perfect time to do the re-certs if needed but I can't recall if I have to do them for 2014 or not?

You will need to re-certify this year (2014). I am hoping you went to the Green Expo and got this done. If not, you'll have to do classes during the growing season which is a pain in the butt when you are working. And the class is all day which is a double pain...and you have to hear the state guys get on their high horse about citing lco's for this and that trivial bs. Best to just get it done and don't see or hear from them again for two years.
