a letter for what, trying to get them as a customer? i'v had some (repeat some) luck calling the individual agents. The agent is the one in charge of their listing. If you have microsoft works on your computer, there are sample letters for a lot of different things

They look good, and they are easily customizable.
I used one of the templates to send out a couple of letters to a few select real estate agents that sell some decent homes.
I had to add a few lines and change a few things on the template I used, but it was easy to do. Within 2 days I had calls from the 3 agents I sent to.
We ended up picking up two houses which we started maintaining in April, and we're finishing up this month with both of them since they are now being sold. We got paid directly from the homeowner selling, not the real estate agent which I liked.

This was the first line I added to one of the templates:


Dear (insert Realtor's name) ,
