Trees Inc????

First off, let me apologize if this is miss-categorized.

Recently there was a rather heavy storm that whipped its way thru Michigan,
The same front that caused havoc and tragic loss to the state of Illinois.

Trees Inc, the tree contractor for Consumers Energy as well as many other utility companies thru out America.
Was dispatched to my house due to a large limb coming down and pulling the primary power and meter out of my house, I understand the role of Trees Inc.
Remove any over head hazards, while the work they performed was not necessary as the remainder of the tree was not a hazard. And they did NO ground work or any attempt to clean the fallen tree or the section they fell.
Is this common practice for them to not do any ground work or clean up???

I will post pics soon....we all love pics!

Thanks for any insight.
