Yeah good point. Most people around here have black top so there isn't much I could do with that or concrete cleaning. So roofs would probrably be the best thing to start doing

I am looking at getting into home exterior cleaning next year. I am going to buy a commercial grade pressure washer around 3300 psi with chemical injector. If I decide to start getting into roofs later on will that work? I know I do not need a bunch of pressure for siding and roofs, but I want the power for concrete and other hard surfaces. I can always turn the pressure down. Also, any suggestions on cleaning chemicals for different surfaces would be great.

Thank you,

Joel

A few last roof and exterior pictures from around the Berlin Maryland and Ocean Pines area. Wrapping up the season with this 66 degree weather in December!

Yes sire! This whole roof and exterior project took a FULL day. The roof wasn't to bad. The house sat empty for about 3 years and was 4500 sq ft with a huge front porch and enclosed patio off the back by the pool. Cleaning the pool fence was a large job in itself!
