Are these good machines?

I found these on ebay and the guy is about 40 minutes from me so I won't have to ship them. Do you think the prices are good? What do you think about the overall quality of them?

I see the Ryan is missing a chain, tines look OK, missing chain/belt guard makes me think POS. Would have to hear it run to know what its worth, but running I think 3-500 on that one. Ryan parts are not cheap. If you are not a good mechanic I recommend you pass on it, repairs will drive price too high.
Good runner thats complete around here sells 900-1200. almost new 14-1500.
Check bearings, make sure drum is intact, has 2 chains not cheap to replace.
If you want people to notice your faults, start giving advice.
