SCAG WB Question - Neutral Adjust

I recently got a pretty good deal IMO on a 36" SCAG Hydro WB. I've been looking for awhile & this is my first walk-behind.

The machine when in neutral doesn't move, but when I need to engage/disengage the lock levers the machine will want to go in reverse, and when they are locked the right wheel wants to keep going in reverse.

I know this can be adjusted, but the manuals for Scags are gibberish & I cant understand them. Please help me out! Thanks.

They should have threaded rods to the pump.
