How does the free mowing work? Is it the last mow of the season or after so many paid mows?

I just subtract the price of one mowing out the total for the year. Them divide by 12/months. Gives there monthly total for the year b

Do you place door hangers yourself or pay someone? What is the turn around on door hangers?

I don't like bobs work. It seems he uses the same generic pictures for most of the cards i have seen from him. When we did a big marketing push 2 years ago we added our photo. My 2 cents

The whole point is to the customer to call or go to our website. These designs get your attention fast. That's what I wanted for the marketing push in the new area.
