How do you take off/put back on those casters? I need to put new seals and bearings on mine.

Pull the black cap and remove the nut they just drop out. It is just like the hub on a trailer.

Yep, I just got done reworking my 2009 Junior. New Kawasaki 16 hp motor with custom fabricated cooling filtration. New tires all the way around. Replaced all hoses and re-routed inside "hose sock" like newer models and ditched the Garmin GPS and installed one of the Trailtech Stryker Speedometers. About the only thing that is not new is the 4gpm pump. It's 5 yrs old now and still going. I'll have to admit that I have been looking at a new 5.3 gpm online as a replacement though...

We've repainted and done some work to our 2011 Jr 36 but I am going to use the Vanguard until this last stator we installed goes out. When that happens, I have a second Kawasaki on standby waiting to be installed. I found a deal on 2 new motors through an online wholesaler that was only about $300 more than I would have paid for just one at most other places. Couldn't pass up the great deal...No more down time replacing stators!
