LawnSite will not allow me to message you so I sent you my info through your website. The subject line of the message is "Irrigation Repair-Andy".

What all is involved with getting the license? I've had a lawn business for 10+ years and was thinking about getting a license.

You have to take the 40 hour irrigators course and pass it. It's pretty hard to fail the course unless you just don't show up. Then, you have to send your certificate from the course and fees to tceq to sign up for a test date. Pass the 4 sections of the test and you get your license in about 2 months.
The test isn't really that hard just pay attention in class.
Study the hydraulics too!
