You could use my stepson… he lives in dunn.

He used to be one of my foremen for like 3 years… he's run dixie chopper, ferris, exmark, toro and walker

Ran a crew of two to three.

He knows his stuff, so he might be a little cockier than your used to…. I don't know how close to Wilson, Dunn is tho.

He's a manager at Lowes, But I know he was looking for extra income and thinking about getting back into the lawn business. His wife just opened a Deli in raleigh I think.

Dunn is about an hour south of Wilson. Might be a little far for an hourly crew member. I couldn't match the salary at lowes, not to mention the benefits he would get there.

Would be nice to find someone like that who has experience and could add value to the business or use their knowledge to expand into different areas.

lol thats the funny part.

everyone wants this or that guy, with this or that experience, but cant see themselves affording the pay...

He's not looking to leave lowes...wants extra work..hes the manager, could probably just work nights at lowes.

I think he makes $14.

He might not be in dunn any more tho....because i think he manages the raleigh store.
Is that closer to wilson?

Ive got an army buddy who was just redoing his jeep tail light in wilson,.
If you see a red jeep with a skull for a third light that looks like a yellow Darth Maul....that's him

Take someone like my stepson.... pay him $16 an hour for three tens.
He'll work with and train your crews, just have him rotate through with the guys you cant supervise directly.

will cost you like $14k for the season...dont have to worry about keeping him fully employed, he has another job.
