I've stuck with door hangers, craigslist, and adwords....so I'm excited to see how they do.
In my town they Dont want any period. On the main roads only on the weekend.

I work in Anne Arundel and pg

You will find that your competition will be removing them and disposing of them as fast as you put them up.

If I caught my competition stealing my signs or defacing my properties/equipment, it would be on!!!! I'd set them up and catch them doing it and go public about it. Pics or video.....

I once caught a competitor throwing a bag w/ flyer and rocks for weight, onto my customers lawn. Thing is we were there working. My crew hit it w/ the weed whacker while the next guy blew it out onto the road. Guy pissed me off. Its one thing to throw ads on people's lawns, but another thing when you see a crew already there working

Check with all the local municipalities in your service area. (counties, cities, townships, villages, and even HOA's). As some of them require a "solicitation/advertising" permit, and some outright ban the posting of any advertising signs. You don't want to put forth the expense, only to find out that you can't even post them!!!!
